Jaagan’s visit to Pulivendula assumes significance in view of opposition front led by TDP to take on him in his home constituency, Pulivendula. Just as Jagan coined a slogan of Why Not 175 assembly seats, TDP responded to it with Why Not Pulivendula call. Jagan will contest from here this time too, while TDP front has announced BTech Ravi as their nominee from here.

Though Jagan is confident of his win in Pulivendula, he, at the same time, taking care to see  his victory margin remains big just as in the past elections. Pulivendula remained the family bastion of Jagan for the last few decades, right from the days of his late father YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy and others participated in the programmes along with the CM.
