Mrs Mitalee Agrawal, Lead – Business Development, Marketing Communication, and Community Engagement at the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, has been crowned 3rd Runner-Up in the under 40 Category in the prestigious Mrs India Telangana 2025 competition. This event was organized by Mrs Mamata Trivedi, the event held at Citedel, near Shamshabad, Hyderabad on January 12 saw 32 finalists competing in various categories based on age, where Mitalee shone brightly with her grace and confidence.
Mitalee’s active career spans roles such as PRO at IIT Hyderabad, Assistant Registrar at the University of Hyderabad, and Business Manager at Signode India, which recruited her from her alma mater in Bhopal 14 years ago.
She has been recognized nationally and internationally for her contributions to the field of Communication, including winning the e4m 40 Under 40 Award for PR and Corporate Communication and the Dynamic Woman Leadership Award in Communication in 2024.
Her achievements also include two Chanakya Awards and several accolades throughout her inspiring journey from her hometown of Harda as Ms Agrawal to becoming a trailblazer in Hyderabad.
Mitalee attributes this victory to her family’s unwavering support and extends heartfelt gratitude to her mentors and friends for their encouragement and good wishes. Mitalee’s husband VY Gupta works in the corporate world while her six year old son, Vinihan Gupata goes to school at Grade 2.
“Women empowerment”
Talking to Excel India on her achievement, Mitalee said that her winning this title of Mrs India Telangana 2025 reflects her wish for women empowerment. “I think, women whether they are at home as homemakers or working in offices and businesses are equally important. Either way, they contribute to the society,” said Mitalee.
Mitalee, in fact, is of the view that an exclusive course, Home Management should be introduced in all home science and business schools to understand and improve the role of women in our families and society in general.
