CCoE holds meet on cyber risk management

Hyderabad based Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence Kicks off 2025 with Chapter Meet on “Next-Gen Cyber Risk Management in the city on January 10. Key highlights of the event include 250+ Cybersecurity Professionals joined the event on “Next-Gen Cyber Risk Management,  Academic MoU signed with Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology and Featured whitepaper launch and expert sessions on cybersecurity trends, said a press release.

The Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CCoE) is thrilled to announce the successful conduct of the Chapter Meet on the theme “Next-Gen Cyber Risk Management” held today, with over 200 cybersecurity professionals, thought leaders, and cybersecurity experts in attendance, the event showcased innovative strategies and collaborations to tackle evolving cyber threats. The event was supported by key industry partners, including PurpleSynapz as the Event Partner, CtrlS as the Strategic Partner, and Seqrite as the Knowledge Partner.

Dr Sriram Birudavolu, CEO, CCoE, welcomed the attendees and shared his vision for the Centre’s role in advancing cybersecurity, stating, “At CCoE, we are committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and capacity building to tackle the evolving challenges of cybersecurity. Through initiatives like the Chapter Meet, we bring together industry leaders, experts, and academia to share insights, drive innovation, and build a resilient cybersecurity ecosystem.”

 

Critical topics

The event featured a dynamic lineup of activities, including a whitepaper launch by Bharath Cloud and Cynorsense (CCoE startups), an Academic MoU signing with Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, and engaging sessions on critical topics such as:

1 Next-Gen Risk Management by Sai Aditya, Enterprise Information Security Officer, Reckitt.  2 Proactive Cyber Defence by Kotilingeshwar Rao Vudhari, Senior Vice President, Cloud4C. 3 India Cyber Threat Report 2025 Readout by Dr Lalit Mohan S, Chief Product Officer, Seqrite

The Chapter Meet concluded with a vibrant networking session, allowing participants to connect and exchange ideas. In addition to the Chapter Meet, the day featured a Masterclass on “Next-Gen Cyber Threat Management” from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, attended by cybersecurity enthusiasts eager to deepen their expertise, said the release
