COWE India’s 7th Day Care Centre to be launched July 15

The 7th daycare centre of Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE), India will be launched on July 15, Saturday, through the hands of Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal IT and Industries Secretary, Government of Telangana. EV Narsimha Reddy, IAS, MD, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation, Himanshu Asthana , GM, SIDBI and Ms. Ratna Sudha, MD, Unique Biotech will be the guests of honor.

The event is hosted by Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) of India and Unique Biotech Ltd, said Madhu Tyagi, Director, COWE India.

COWE INDIA aims at empowering women by facilitating skills through capacity building initiatives and make them successful entrepreneurs. In its pursuit to support blue collared women workers, Aveksha day-care centres were launched . The project aims at providing Free daycare facility to under privileged children of industrial workers and laborers, so the women can focus on their job and economic independence.

The focus of the project is to strategically position Aveksha day-care centres in industrial areas with cluster of industries employing women workers who can avail the services for free. The initiative is powered by SIDBI & supported by TSIIC, IALA, Industrial Associations and Corporates as part of their CSR.

Unique Biotech is extending full support to set up the Genome Valley daycare centre by providing the premises and equipping it with all the needed furniture, gadgets, Play items and other accessories.

COWE India has been successfully running 5 centres, at Jeedimetla, Cherlapally, Uppal, Moulali, and Pashamylaram since May 2022. Since then we at COWE INDIA, are working to setup AVEKSHA daycare centres in all industrial areas to empower the women with equal opportunities to have financial sustainability .
