Union Minister and Telangana BJP president G Kishan Reddy has been presented with US Presidential Gold Medallion for his outstanding services in promoting tourism, culture and other aspects of India across the globe. Reddy also looks after portfolios of North Eastern region development in the council of ministers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
US India SME Council chairman Sudhakar Gande and Council CEO Elisha Pulivarti personally presented the US Presidential Gold Medallion to Kishna Reddy in Hyderabad on December 2, Saturday. This medal has been awarded by US President Joe Biden in recognition of Kishan Reddy’s services to India, globe as well as the US. The US president awards this medal to global leaders to promote universal interests.
Kishan Reddy thanked both Sudhakar Gande and Elisha Pulivarti for bringing this US presidential gold medallion from the US and presenting to him in India. He said the US and India need to work in tandem on most areas these days so that global growth and peace is ensured. Kishan Reddy also praised the role of US India SME Council in promoting relations between both the countries.
Sudhkar Gande, founder chairman of the council and an investment banker said that Kishan Reddy emintetly deserved the US presidential gold medallion in view of his untiring efforts to promote tourism, culture of India across the globe. Pulivarti who came all the way from Washington DC, US, to Hyderabad for the purpose too expressed his happiness over this recognition to Kishan Reddy.
