HDAC Organizes Special Training for Software Employees’ Re-entry. Hyderabad Data & AI Community (HDAC), in collaboration with the Microsoft Fabric User Group India, organized a two-day training program at the Microsoft Campus in Hyderabad, led by Kanerika.

This initiative aimed to help individuals re-entering the software industry after a career break regain their skills and confidence. Over 400 tech professionals attended the event daily over the two days.

Sessions included topics like LinkedIn cold messaging and resume building. The training was imparted by various experts, including HDAC representatives Adityaram and Bharat, Microsoft Product Managers, MVPs Amit Chandak, Rajendra, Santosh Potnak, Suryateja, and Resham Trained to Employees.

It is to be noted that in recent times, most of the software professionals who  take breaks after serving for several years are showing keenness to rejoin the industry. Such people are looking at different platforms to acquire required training and updating. HDAC’s training program is one such effort to fill the gap.
