Boon to student techies

Wherever they study, now BTech and Mtech students can sharpen up their learning skills, thanks to a testing platform made available to them by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) which grants permission to engineering colleges in our country. This way, those studying in engineering colleges with poor standards can make up for their deficiencies.

Www.asiap.aicte-india.org is the website where the students can test their abilities. There are around two lakh questions in the site, pertaining to the current industry requirements on areas like artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, quantum computing and internet of things etc. There are questions on civil, electrical and mechanical subjects too.

All those who are studying bachelor and post-graduate courses and teachers too can enroll in the website to take-part in the tests. As of now, around 90,000 students have enrolled their names here. AICTE has prepared this platform after studying a similar experiment in the US, China and Russia. The skills are aimed at meeting the industry standards which can offer jobs to the students.
