The Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI), in collaboration with the State Bank of India (SBI), has taken significant strides towards employment creation. On Monday, DICCI handed over 20 electric vehicles (EVs) to unemployed SC and ST youth in Hyderabad and its districts. The ceremony was graced by the presence of SBI Deputy General Manager, Mr. Rohit Kumar, who emphasized the success of this initiative.
DICCI Telangana Chapter President, Ms. Dasari Aruna, along with her dedicated team, notably provided 20 electric vehicles to 20 unemployed youths, including eight women. Addressing the gathering, Ms. Dasari Aruna, Mr. Narayana Dasari, State Coordinator, Mr. Suresh Naik, and Ms. Vanajakshi Narra, pointed out a five-year agreement with OHM Car Company. They outlined plans to distribute over 100 vehicles, prioritizing women beneficiaries. The initial phase saw the successful distribution of 20 vehicles to SC/ST categories.

Distinguished attendees included Mr. D. Ramesh Reddy from OHM Company, SBI representatives Mr. Kumar Rohit (DGM), Mr. V. Venkata Narayana (AGM), Mr. V. Somasekhar (AGM) SMECC Cyberabad, Mr. A. Praveen Kumar (CM Credit), Mr. A. Ajay Ram Prakash (CM Sanction Officer), Mr. K. Chandrasekhar (Nandagiri Hills Branch Manager), and Mr. T. Venkata Abhishek, who oversaw the entire process from the Nandagiri Hills Branch.
