NMDC unions call off protest

The Unions of the NMDC have withdrawn themselves from the protest which was initially started from 6th March 2025.

The Federation of the Unions asked their members to resume duties fully from 1st shift of 20th March 2025 onwards and extend their support and commitment to give best results. The employees have resumed duties and normal operations have resumed at all the Projects, said a press release on March 21, Friday..

NMDC Management acknowledges the importance of its workforce that has been its backbone and this decision to resume work will strengthen the relation and trust. Resumption of operations at this crucial junction will certainly help NMDC to accelerate and meet its production targets
