RK Group of Educational institutions, one of the major colleges group in Telangana held its faculty meeting, a novel gathering at Kranthi Degree and PG Colleges, Ramanthapur in Hyderabad on February 12, Saturday. Around 130 of its teaching and non-teaching staff participated in this program. The group together has an intake of around 8,000 students.
The group has four major colleges – RK Degree and PG College, Kamareddy, SRK Degree and PG college, Kamareddy, Akshara Degree and PG College Medchal and Kranthi Degree and PG College, in the city. Speaking on the occasion, RK Group CEO Dr M Jaipal Reddy told the staff to focus on quality of education and pursue knowledge improvement on a regular basis.
Group Chairman and Kranthi college principal T Bhaskar Rao outlined the changing priorities in the field of education and asked both teaching and non-teaching staff to upgrade skills from time to time. The purpose behind conducting this faculty meet is to promote closer ties among the staff so that they can better their talents.
The Hans India Deputy Editor Vijay Kumar spoke about the developments in the field of education. He expressed happiness over conduct of such faculty gatherings for the group’s colleges. “This will bring you all closer,” said Vijay. Excel India news magazine Chief Editor Rama Krishna Sangem,speaking on the occasion, said post-Covid era required updating syllabus of every branch of knowledge.
Kranthi college former student and DJ Saloni performed some dance numbers on the occasion.
Later, Jaipal Reddy and Bhaskar felicitated more than 100 of the staff for their stellar contributions since recently.
