HPRC unveils athletic arena at Aziz Nagar, Hyderabad

The management of Hyderabad Polo and Riding Club (HPRC) is set to unveil its state-of-the-art ‘Silver Spur Athletic Arena’ on its sprawling premises at Aziz Nagar on July 13 (Saturday. The all-inclusive complex will provide facilities that are on par with international standards.

“It is with immense pride that we announce that Hyderabad will boast of a world-class multipurpose sports facility where several disciplines, including indoor and outdoor, will be housed in one complex beginning on July 13,” said HPRC president Chaitania R Kumar, addressing a media conference here on July 11, Thursday.

This will be an ideal platform for professional, amateur and budding players specializing in badminton, squash, swimming, tennis, basketball and futsal and a fully equipped gym for workouts. Indoor Badminton Courts: State-of-the-art lighting and flooring systems provide an ideal playing surface. Indoor Squash Courts: They will have professional-grade equipment and non-marking surfaces for an exceptional squash experience

Half-Olympic six-lane Swimming Pool: This will feature cutting-edge water filtration systems and is perfect for both recreational and competitive training. Fully-equipped Gym: With a range of contemporary training equipment, free weights, it will provide fitness programs to suit all fitness levels.

Tennis Courts: In keeping with international 60/120 feet standards, the nine-layer synthetic outdoor courts will have floodlights to enable 24×7 practices. Basketball Court: A spacious, well-lit court perfect for recreational and competitive play.

A specially designed space is created for futsal, featuring a top-notch playing field and floodlights for evening matches.
