The US India SME Council in association with two other brands – The President Lifetime Achievement Award and Incredible Inc 50 will be organizing 2nd Annual Incredible Inc awards gala at Martins Crossword, Greenway center, Dr Greenbelt, Maryland, the US on August 10,Thursday, from 5 to 0 pm. I, being the CEO of US India SME Council is happy to share with all that this event will go a long way in the currently emerging US- India relations.
These awards will given in celebration of two decades of excellence of the fastest growing companies from both the US and India. Suson Lee, Secretary of State, Maryland will grace the occasion, while Aruna K Miller, Lt Governor of Maryland will be the keynote speaker. Dr Sanjay Rai, acting secretary for Maryland higher education will be another important guest on August 10 gals.
The US India SME council celebrated its 20 years of partnership and promoting the small and medium, minority, women owned companies in America and India. The SME Council introduced the Incredible Inc 50 awards in 2022 to honour the fast growing small, medium, minority and women owned companies. These prestigious awards are aimed at recognizing the exceptional achievements, accomplishments and successful journey of these companies.
Now, we are celebrating our second year by acknowledged a total 25 companies from the US, while another 25 from India. The awards presentation ceremony for Indian companies will be held in India in November this year. This is a unique event that will be held in two countries in a same year. The selection for awards is a proper evaluating prrocess as the field is tightly competitive and crowded too.
Mahatma Gandhi Global award
We are also presenting Mahatma Gandhi Global Leadership and Peace award-2023 this year to US Senator Chris Van Hollen who was born and went to school in India and a great supporter of India in American Senate. This award will go a long way in strengthening ties between our two countries at non-political and non-business levels. This function is expected to generate a lot of enthusiasm in both the countries.
