Speaking on NMDC’s strong operational and commercial performance, Shri Amitava Mukherjee, CMD (Additional Charge) said, “Our growth and profitability are outcomes of sustained investments in enhancing operations and strategic initiatives to strengthen the value chain. Despite ongoing cyclical challenges in the iron and steel sector and the highest ever rainfall in the Bailadila region, NMDC made a recovery in volumes and renewed its momentum in Q2 FY25 towards our ambitious target of 50 million tonnes. We are proud to take forth our legacy of ensuring raw material security for India.”

NMDC’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation are paving the way for a prosperous future for the company, reinforcing its position as a key player in the Indian Mining Industry.
